SHIPPING METHODS
We utilise Australia Post services for our shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free Shipping is available Australia wide for orders over $99 using Regular Post.
For orders under $99, a flat rate of $9.95 applies for standard postage.
Estimated Delivery times:-
- Standard Shipping (In-stock items): 5-7 business days
- Standard Shipping (Pre-order items): 15 business days
- Express Shipping (In-stock items): 2-3 business days
An Express Post option is available at a flat rate cost of $19.95. Please note that selecting this option does not guarantee faster delivery as it depends on external factors beyond our control.
ORDER PROCESSING
If you place your order before 11am AEST Monday to Friday and the item is in stock, we will make every effort to ship your item from our store on the same day.
We do not offer a pick-up service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship to international locations.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at
